Frameworks & protocols to develop your leadership skills
As an executive coach, I work with start-up founders to help them successfully realize their vision and build great companies. For most founders, this means transforming from a functional role (product, sales, tech...) into becoming the leader of an increasingly complex organization.
The coaching method doesn't offer one-size-fits-all solutions, as every individual's approach to challenges is unique. However, I do offer frameworks for my clients to consider when they find them relevant and appropriate. I'm sharing these most frequently used resources here and on substackn, hoping that other founders and leaders will find them valuable in their journey.
