As an executive coach, I work with start-up founders to help them successfully realize their vision and build great companies. For most founders, this means transforming from a functional role (product, sales, tech...) into becoming the leader of an increasingly complex organization.

The coaching method doesn't offer one-size-fits-all solutions, as every individual's approach to challenges is unique.
